These terms govern your use of the Aspen Cleaning Co website and the cleaning services we provide. By requesting or receiving services, you agree to them.

Services

We provide residential cleaning in the Flagstaff, Arizona area. Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide and may be adjusted after we see the home. Scope, frequency, and pricing are confirmed in writing before the first visit.

Scheduling, access, and cancellations

• You are responsible for providing safe, reliable access to the home at the scheduled time.
• Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel. Lockouts or cancellations with less notice may be subject to a fee.
• We may reschedule for weather, illness, or safety reasons.

Payment

Payment is due on completion of each visit unless we agree otherwise in writing. Past-due balances may incur a late fee and pause future service.

Satisfaction guarantee

If you are not satisfied with any area we cleaned, tell us within 24 hours and we will return to re-clean that area at no charge. This re-clean is your exclusive remedy for cleaning quality concerns.

Damage and liability

• Report any suspected damage within 48 hours so we can investigate. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear, or items that were already unstable or improperly secured.
• Please store or point out cash, jewelry, and irreplaceable valuables before a visit.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the visit giving rise to the claim.

Non-solicitation of staff

While you receive service from us and for 12 months afterward, please do not directly hire or contract our current or recent team members outside ofAspen Cleaning Co.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
